We want to help you develop some sustainable habits for the new year.
We believe God designed each of us to flourish.
That means exercising and caring for our minds, bodies, and souls.
Whether you are new to running or walking or a longtime runner, we hope to inspire and motivate you to hit your fitness goals while strengthening your faith.
Here are the details:
- Join our free Glory Chasers training group for encouragement and coaching here.
- Snag a copy of the Walk Run Soar devotional and training journal here.
- Commit to join starting Jan. 11, 2021. Our goal is to move for 22 consecutive days with a challenge to walk at least 1-2 miles daily the first week, run at least 2-4 miles the second week, and run + core workout the third week. We encourage you to take Sundays as a day of “rest” and focus on stretching or yoga. We will provide the prompts and host online coaching sessions. (If you are more advanced, you can always modify the workouts to fit your goals!)
